What is the Exhibit Hall?
The Oregon E-week program begins the morning with the Exhibit Hall and Career Fair, which runs concurrently with the optional Morning Seminar program
During the Exhibit Hall, high school students will have the opportunity to visit exhibitor tables to learn about college engineering programs and the wide variety of engineering professions.
Past exhibitors have included: Clark College, Oregon State University, Portland State University, US Forest Service, APWA, ODOT, PBOT, MECOP, and Engineers Without Borders.
Who can be an Exhibitor?
Our exhibitors include college engineering programs, professional engineering organizations, and engineering-oriented departments within public agencies.
Private companies are not eligible to have exhibitor tables at our event, but please consider sponsoring the event to support the next generation of engineers!

Mail - Download the form (available here) and mail it in with a check enclosed.
I have questions - who should I reach out to?
Reach out to eweek.oregon@gmail.com with any questions.
What is provided to Exhibitors?
You will be assigned 1-2 tables, depending on sponsorship level (see sponsorship matrix). Electrical outlets and wifi are available. Easels and extension cords can be supplied upon request.
Is there anything else I should know?
We typically provide “Event Passports” to students, to encourage them to visit a variety of Exhibitor tables. Exhibitors will be asked to mark off their square in the passport. Students who complete their passport will be entered in a prize drawing.
What do I need to know for the day of the event?
We will be in touch closer to the event with additional details.
The Exhibit Hall is open for students from 9:30am to 11:45am. Typically we request that Exhibitors send a representative to set up their table by 9:00am the day of the event, and prepare to staff it beginning at 9:30am. For set-up, doors open to the Exhibit Hall at 8:00am.
Exhibitor representatives are welcome to attend the Banquet lunch and keynote speaker program to engage further with students.
After the lunch program concludes at 1:30pm, students will disperse to attend field trips. At this time, we ask Exhibitors to pack up their Exhibit Hall tables and wrap up another great E-Week event!
